I. General Information
Weifang Binhai City Art Center is located in the science and education innovation zone of Weifang Binhai economic and technological development zone, which is in the east of the Conference Reception Center. Established in the Jan. 7, 2016, its registered capital is RMB 5 million and the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Weifang Binhai Tourism Group, which is uniformly operated and managed by the Weifang Binhai New Dubai Tourist Resort Hotel Management Co., Ltd.
II. Service and Facilities
Weifang Binhai City Art Center Co., Ltd. has a total construction area of 26000 square meters, with four floors above the ground, one floor below the ground, and the 26.8-meter height of the building. Through the design concept of "urban roof", the architectural scheme condenses the crystals that represents the characteristics of Binhai salt culture, and forms a rich functional space with the unique design style. The overall space is divided into three parts, including the exhibition area, conference area and sports culture area.
The exhibition area is located in the east of the whole building with building area of about 8,000m2 and usable exhibition area of about 6,000m2. Exhibition area is characterized by marine culture and tactfully integrates the theme of "realize dreams in Binhai and look forward to the future". It shows the organizational system evolution, current events and future development vision of Binhai by all-dimensional and multilevel presentation.
With the "soul of culture" as the lead, the city impression hall in the first floor traces its origin from boiling the sea to cultural creation, and demonstrates the cultural life and inheritance of the Binhai.
The urban planning hall in the second floor manifests the development, vitality and internationalization style of Binhai, and you could feel the thriving urban development momentum and good vision of Binhai.
Planning and experience hall in the third floor shows the achievements in the planning and construction of Binhai, and it involves the honor activities of the unban planning.
The fourth floor is the 2050 Binhai City Park. 2050 Binhai City Park centers on the concept of "city · human", takes the city park as the creativity origin, and takes science fiction and future as the main theme of the exhibition area. It highlights the sense of science and technology and focuses on future urban exploration. Through 16 exhibitions full of futuristic and technological sense, it integrates the art, technology and interaction and takes you into the future Binhai.
